You're invited to join us for a unique spectacle, bringing together friends to enjoy music, bonfires and riverfront entertainment downtown. BalletMet Rhythm on the River offers a glimpse of their season lineup when they perform under the stars at the RiverFront Amphitheater in Genoa Park in partnership with WaterFire.

WaterFire begins at dusk and is a one-of-a-kind experience providing an opportunity for everyone to enjoy an evening out with the arts.




WaterFire Columbus is becoming one of the most exciting art exhibits in Central Ohio. Please pass this information on to friends and family, as we ignite the season with this very exciting tribute.

Event Information

Directions to Genoa Park

From the East

  • Take I-70 West to Exit 100B, Fourth Street
  • Continue straight through the first traffic light on Fulton Street
  • Turn Right (North) on Front Street
  • Turn Left (West) on Town Street
  • Genoa Park is across the Scioto River on the Right on Washington Blvd.

From the West

  • Take I-70 East to Exit 97, Broad Street
  • Turn Left (East) on Broad Street
  • Geona Park is approximately 2 miles ahead on the Right on Washington Blvd.

From the North

  • Take I-71 South to Exit 108B, Broad Street
  • Turn Right (West) onto Broad Street
  • Genoa Park is approximately 1.5 miles ahead on the Left on Washington Blvd.

From the South

  • Take I-71 North to Exit 100A, Front Street
  • (100A comes after 105 as you travel from the South. This is due to I-71 merging with I-70)
  • Turn Left on Front Street and head North to Town Street
  • Turn Left on Town Street (now heading West)
  • Cross over the Town Street Bridge
  • Genoa Park will be on the Right across the Scioto River on Washington Blvd.

Parking Information

Parking is available in the COSI parking lots, located on the west side of COSI off Belle Street. On the weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day (from 3pm on Friday-Sunday), the parking lots will be $4 pre pay, cash only. Riverfront Parking Operations operates the parking lots and has an Auto Cashier system in the North parking lot (the lot in front of COSI near Broad Street) when COSI is closed to the general public or after-hours at a falt rate of $3. Credit cards are not accepted at parking booths. Handicapped parking is also available at COSI.
